Meat (grass-fed skirt steak) was marinated in local salsa, olive oil, balsamic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. It was purchased at the Bisbee Saturday Farmer's Market from the Sky Island Farm Ranch booth. Grilled by Alan. Happy early birthday, Auntie K! (Paired with craft beer tasting. Pictured here is Terrapin's Liquid Bliss. Yeah, not local... but very good...)
